Association Secretary Position
Good morning! We are saddened to announce Cynthia Lewis with Carrollton PD has resigned as President of the Georgia Evidence & Property Association due to some recent health concerns. Detective Shea with Monroe PD has graciously accepted this position, President of GEPA, with her new role opening up the position of Secretary. Job duties of the Secretary include, but is not limited to, scheduling board meetings, record & distribute meeting minutes, publish notices of scheduled meetings, orient new board members, oversee membership lists, and track board member terms. We are hoping to fill the position ASAP as we move forward with submitting our by-laws in applying for our 501(c)(3) tax exempt status.
